Terms of payment:

When booking, 250€ must be paid as an advance on the rent within 7 days after receipt of the confirmation. 

The remaining amount (rent, cleaning and deposit) must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. 

When you book less than 8 weeks in advance, the full amount must be paid in one go.

Cancellation conditions:

In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival, 30% of the rent will be withheld as a cancellation fee.

In case of cancellation less than 6 weeks and more than 4 weeks before arrival, 60% of the rent will be retained as a cancellation fee.

In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival, 90% of the rent will be retained.

In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the travel sum.

Any cancellation insurance can be taken out with your own insurance company.
