The rental can start on Friday or Monday, (other periods/ arrival days only on request) :
 

Rent weekend:  friday 4 pm  to sunday 8 pm       + additional night ( sunday to monday 10 am ) for only 40€ optional

Rent midweek:  monday 4 pm to friday 10 am    -100 or -50€ discount for midweek with max. 2 or 4 people, outside holidays / long weekends

Rent week:        friday 4 pm  to friday 10 am / Monday 4pm to Monday 10am

including: flat rate for energy consumption (water, electricity, gas, sauna use, ...), waste processing, taxes ...  worth 20% of the rental amount (excl. cleaning)

                   There is no reduction or increase in fees for consumption due to the consumption of guests.

not included:  costs final cleaning : 120 €

                          costs for taking a dog with you ( 15 € /night, max. 2 dogs )

guarantee: 250€  will be refunded within the month

early check-in:  arrival from 1 pm  :  30€ administration/ organisation costs   (only on request)

late check-out: departure only at 1 pm: 30€ administration-/organisation cost  ( only on request )
